Weight Loss Calculator
So I built this for my own use earlier, using various formula I found online, to try and have a way of estimating and/or tracking calories in vs calories burned and what that worked out to in actual weight loss or gain.
I figured others might find it useful so here it is. The numbers in it are me playing around with it, you can change any value in the green shaded areas. WOW VERY well done! I lost 0.002 pounds just thinking it through! My diet is a simple 'don't eat meat or carbs' until you hit your goal! It also requires a daily activity of 30 minutes of activity - such as climbing stairs. I watch the weight and try to not exceed 1 pound loss a week. Two pounds is the max - but not healthy if it lasts too long. Dieting is a real challange! I keep thinking about the body I want - that is my motivation. And as a MTF on HRT - the weight loss is NOT in the breast tissue! YEAAAAA Just a personal note! Lizzy Loving you all!!! What is that all about? |

RE: Weight Loss Calculator
Oh man, I could write a novel about what I do and what I did to lose the 80 pounds. Suffice to say I track EVERYTHING and most of it is now done on my iPhone. Great stuff Sam!
Nobody in life gets exactly what they thought they were going to get.
But if you work really hard and you're kind, amazing things will happen. |

RE: Weight Loss Calculator
Sweetie, it is not just raw calories. Diet is also comprised of protiens and complex sugars (carbs). You need calories for energy to get through the day. Excesss carbs build into fat. Watch your carb intake and you will be fine
Nothing works better than exercise and diet. Your calorie burn rate should be equal to your calorie intake for each day. Do this and you will have the body you want.Love Brenda Glad to be here :) |
